Hi there,

I enjoyed "meeting" Rob Harles on the phone the other day and learning about this program. This is such a great program for all families and will really resonate with particular during this recessionary time! I have a four-year-old son and I am an avid Sears fan. I wish you could enroll on line for this program. I try to do a lot of my shopping for my son online(once I get a good sense of his size).

i love the kidvantage program, but you all should really consider keeping the information in the computer so that when a customer makes purchases they can automatically use their coupon, instead of having that flimsy piece of paper to hang on to. i always lose it in my purse, or it gets so torn up i can't give it to the cashier. something better has to be considered.

I have been a member of kids advantage since my grand-daughter was born. When I asked about the rewards, I was told that my points had been put in the computer under my name at different times and that once they were put under my brothers name who doesn't have an account. I did not understand this nor do I undterstand now. I need to have this corrected to at least know - how many points I have, etc. Please help. I do buy quite frequently. Thank you.

I wonder if a manager at your local Sears store can help you get your KidVantage points straightened out on your account? If not, you can contact Sears Customer Service. Here is link with their contact information: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/nb_10153_12605_NB_CSHome

I would like a add sears should have layaway being that the economy is in a bad way people just cant afford to just buy what they on the spot. iam low income a would love to buy thing's online when i have the money in my account.sears would do well people of color love too layaway they do it up north all the time. you need too try it.

I have been a member of the Kidvantage program for many years. My son is 12. However, I recall only two times recieving any coupons or discounts resulting from this program. I shop as Sears for kid clothes as much as anywhere, yet points for this kidvantage do not accumulate because most of the time, the employees don't mention kidvantage at checkout, so they don't apply the points. I do not remember to mention it, as I shop at other stores and do not keep track of which store has which discount program. I believe that at least 70% or more of my Sears kid purchases have gone unrewarded because they were not counted towards kidvantage at checkout. Also, among the few times that either the cashier or I myself remembered to ask about kidvantage during checkout, my information did not come up and I had to start all over. Sears needs to get card that can be swipped, like the Borders Rewards so that points can be kept track of more efficiently.

I shopped at Sears today and asked the employee about the Kidvantage program after seeing the sign. I couldn't remember I had an account or not. But she was able to pull up my phone number. I only made a purchase of $78 today. I asked her at the end if I had an account already, she pulled up my account again and saw a total of $155 there after today's purchase. My intepretation is that 1) I had an account already; 2) I should have received a 15% off coupon today since the total exceeded $100. The employee could not comment on anything. And I did not get the 15% off coupon. It may sound like a great program, but I can't say the program is really working and I agree with previous comment that it is hard to remember.
